I have neck and back pain after two decades in the military. I didn't know what myofacial massage was when I was referred to her office, but am now a believer in it as I can feel how it reduces my pain and discomfort. Krystal is very knowledgeable about how the pain and stiffness caused by musculoskeletal issues is released through massage. She is professional with a warm personality, which makes a massage even more relaxing. I would recommend her services to anyone.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Being a body and energy worker myself since 2008 in a few different states, I have never come across a more intuitive and helpful soul such as Krystal! She has a beautiful gift and Im so blessed she is able to share! Thank you!

Awesome and intuitive. Krys is wonderful!

Highly recommend! I bought the 90 minute myofascial massage. I have been suffering from shoulder pain for a few months and nothing was working to help with the pain. My shoulder was a whole lot better after this and my range of motion greatly improved! Thank you!

Krys is fantastic! As a dental hygienist with chronic back/neck/shoulder pain Krys was able to get me pain free as well as get me back on track with my nutritional health. Hands down she is the best!

Her Massage techniques have stopped three of my headaches in their tracks- I went to A+ Healing 3 times in the last 4 months for headache relief. I left each time headache free. AMAZING! Three years ago she worked with me to a full recovery after I broke my elbow.

You are missing out on a gifted healer- unless youre already a client!

I was unable to stand up straight or walk in comfort last week. Called Krys for an apt and she worked on me for 1.5 hours!
You guessed it... She got me back up and running.
Not to mention her homemade body butter is the BOMB!
I could tell she is still learning new techniques. Krys is lways curious to learn more and I could tell her skill level is growing by the day! I am thankful for that. The more I go in the better it gets.

You rock Krys!

I have suffered from neck/back problems for 12 + years; I have seen a pain Dr, physical therapists, tried acupuncture and dry needling, with only temporary relief or no relief at all. Krys is the first person who has gotten to the root of my problem(s) and I have finally have relief for the first time in years. She is amazing and I recommend her to everyone!

Krys gave me an amazing hot stone massage. I will definitely be going back. Thanks again Krys!!!

Always feel amazing after a massage

Ive been going to Krys @ A+ Healing for a couple of years on a steady basis and my entire life has changed for the better! I used to struggle with migraines, insomnia, anxiety and depression and took regular meds for all of it. I am now off all prescription meds (and have been for well over a year.) I rarely get headaches, and I always feel like my body and mind are better off for going to her. My 15 year old son had an injury, and I recently took him in to have Krys help him. I sometimes have to give up my appointment to my hubby. We all love Krys and know that she helps our body behave the way it was made to work. Thank you, Krys! You are awesome!

Fought off the nerve pain in one session!! I feel great! Thank You

Can't wait to go back. Fixed my shoulder for me.

Krys has supported my healing journey in so many ways! Through herbal consultation and customized tincture support, to her KILLER two hour myofascial sessions. I cant recommend enough how important it is to place your body in the hands of a skilled and dedicated practitioner to support you on your healing journey. Krys is most certainly one of those practitioners.

Extremely helpful customizing teas and tinctures to symptoms. Highly recommend!

Great every time!

Krystal is always so helpful, very knowledgeable and welcoming person. She has help my family and myself so very much.

Krys has a true gift for helping people heal. She has helped me through some major muscle trauma as well as tinctures that have helped my family and I get through sicknesses faster. I recommend her to everyone that is willing to start healing!
